IPSAC coordinates and deploys multidisciplinary clinical teams to Vietnam’s leading pediatric centers — both Level 1 Children’s Hospitals and their network of affiliated Level 2 regional hospitals.

Our visiting teams collaborate directly with local clinicians to exchange expertise in advanced surgical techniques, patient management, and comprehensive perioperative care. Through hands-on clinical work rounds, we promote peer-to-peer learning and skill transfer, while also conducting patient care quality improvement sessions aimed at strengthening hospital systems and safety practices.

Beyond on-site exchanges, we provide ongoing remote case-based learning sessions that enable continued professional development and collaborative problem-solving.

To ensure lasting impact, we design and implement focused clinical programs customized to each hospital department’s surgical capacity and needs. These targeted initiatives help build sustainable expertise and strengthen the overall quality of pediatric surgical care across Vietnam’s healthcare network.
