IPSAC coordinates and deploys multidisciplinary clinical teams to Vietnam’s leading pediatric institutions — both Children’s Hospitals and their network of affiliated regional hospitals.

Our visiting teams collaborate closely with local clinician-educators to exchange expertise in advanced surgical techniques, patient management, and comprehensive perioperative and postoperative care. Through hands-on clinical work rounds, we promote peer-to-peer interactive learning and skill transfer, while also conducting patient care quality improvement sessions aimed at strengthening hospital systems and safety practices.

Beyond on-site exchanges, we provide remote case-based learning sessions that enable continued professional development and collaborative problem-solving.

To ensure lasting impact, we design and implement focused clinical programs customized to each hospital department’s surgical capacity and needs. These targeted initiatives help build sustainable expertise and strengthen the overall quality of pediatric surgical care across Vietnam’s healthcare network.
